How a return works

Return condition
The object should be unused, uninstalled and in its original condition with all accessories included. Please retain the original protective packaging, as natural stone objects require secure transport.

Natural variation
Every stone has its own structure, veining and colour. These natural characteristics are part of the object rather than production defects. A unique piece is represented by the exact individual object offered; series pieces may show slight natural variations.

Damaged or incorrect order
If an object arrives damaged or differs from the order, contact us within 48 hours upon delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the object, parcel and packaging so that we can review the issue without delay.

Return shipping
The appropriate return method and any applicable transport cost are confirmed with you before dispatch. Please do not send an object without our packing and routing instructions.

Review and refund
Once the return has arrived, we inspect it and confirm the outcome. Any approved refund is issued to the original payment method; the time needed for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider.
