We offer FREE SHIPPING throughout Switzerland. Delivery details are confirmed with your order.

Delivery to the European Union
We ship to supported destinations in the European Union. The available method and shipping cost are shown during checkout according to the destination and the object selected.

Tracking and arrival
Once the order has been dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation and tracking details whenever the selected carrier provides them. Please inspect the parcel when it arrives and retain the packaging until you have checked the object.

Large or fragile objects
Some pieces require additional protection or a coordinated delivery. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you before dispatch to arrange the most suitable service.

A delivery issue?
If a parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours upon delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and object. We will review the case and guide you through the next steps.
