At cuia collection, every piece is handled with care. Due to the unique nature, weight and materials of our products, each order is carefully prepared and securely packaged to ensure it arrives safely at its destination.
Shipping within Switzerland
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Switzerland. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to selected destinations. Available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Switzerland: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are calculated from the time your order is confirmed and include order preparation and shipping. Please note that these timeframes are estimates. International deliveries may be subject to customs processing or other circumstances outside our control, which can result in additional delays.
Order Processing
Orders are carefully inspected and prepared before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Delivery & Inspection
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery. If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48hrs upon delivery and retain the original packaging. Photographs of the item and packaging may be required so that we can assess the issue.
